Annapolis, MD, June 15, 2016: I am pleased to announce that Jacki Gee-Ferko has joined Douglas Commercial LLC. She is more than adequately experienced in both commercial and residential real estate services, and will bring great benefit to Douglas.

Prior to joining Douglas Commercial, Mrs. Ferko worked for W.F. Chesley Real Estate LLC as an Associate Broker and Licensed Sales Professional for Commercial and Residential transactions, specializing in commercial office and retail lease and sales, construction services, and tenant representation, as well as residential home sales.

Jacki has been active in real estate for over 13 years and is a member of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association, National Association of Home Builders, and Maryland Builders Industry Association. She holds a certificate in property management, and has a Maryland Home Improvement Commission License with generous experience in General Contracting. Prior to engaging actively in sales and leasing of real estate, she owned & operated a small, woman-owned, commercial tenant improvements corporation earning yearly gross revenues of $800,000+.
