ABOUT

Everyone remembers the first house they moved in to – whether it was as a child with your family, as a university student with friends, or with your spouse – because your home is a piece of your identity.
I understand the importance of that link and make sure that you're incredibly happy with your home and its value as a long-term investment.
By creating a relationship with my clients, rather than just selling you a home and working with you as a partner, we do what we can to make that succeed.
I have been actively involved in Residential and Commercial real estate for more than 13 years. I have achieved the designation of Graduate Realtor, hold a Certificate in Property Management, am a member of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association, National Association of Home Builders, and Maryland Builders Industry Association.
I also hold a Maryland Home Improvement Commission license and have a generous amount of experience in the field of General Contracting. Prior to engaging actively in sales and leasing of real estate, I presided over a small, woman-owned, commercial tenant improvements corporation earning yearly gross revenues of $800,000+.
My extensive knowledge of Commercial Construction and Property Management lends to a unique understanding of commercial property condition as well as a "due diligence" perspective on areas of interest and/or concern from not only a listing standpoint but a purchasing standpoint.
In 2001, I joined W.F. Chesley Real Estate, a full service, Residential and Commercial Real Estate services company. I have worked directly under the employ of William Chesley, Principal, as Corporate Property Manager and Leasing Agent, Tenant Improvement Coordinator and Development Assistant. I have acquired proficiency in my abilities to facilitate successful communications and negotiations with necessary professionals such as municipal officials, construction professionals and financing professionals, as well as clients.
